Due to the ongoing threat of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the resurgence of new cases, returns will only be accepted within 15 days upon delivery. We recommend when ordering to make your selections carefully. This updated policy will go in effect beginning Oct.28, 2020 and will continue until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience, but for the safety of our customers and to reduce the risk of any potential exposure, this will temporarily be our new policy. We ask for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. We value you as a customer and thank you for choosing Active-Basics!

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days upon receipt of delivery. All items this includes, but not limited to, leggings, shirts, footwear etc., must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, or unaltered, in original packaging/box and include all original tags (still attached) within 15 days upon receipt of delivery. A copy of the original invoice that was shipped with your order, must also be included. Please note: We do not accept returns on intimate items i.e bralettes, sports bras, discounted, on sale, or clearance items. All sales are final. No exceptions.
Any order that does not include a copy of the original invoice, original packaging, tags, boxes or if items are damaged, will be rejected and no refund will be issued. Active-Basics is not responsible for return shipping fees. Customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking information, as Active-Basics will not be responsible for lost or delayed shipments. All refunds are given in the form of store credit. Store credits expire in 30 days from the date issued.

Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing inventory, Active-Basics does not process exchanges at this time. We recommend that you return your order for a full refund and place a new order with us at any time.
